Abstract Submission Rules

  • Abstract submission deadline: April 15, 2026.
  • Abstracts must be uploaded to the Login system by April 15, 2026.

  • Full-text papers must be uploaded to the conference website by September 1, 2026, at the latest.

Papers must not have been previously presented or published, nor submitted to or be under consideration by other conferences or journals. A statement confirming this must be included in the required letter of transmittal/email that accompanies the paper.

Proceedings must include the following sections: title, purpose, method, findings, results, and keywords. The abstract text of the paper, including the authors’ information, must not exceed one page (200–300 words). Times New Roman, 12-point font must be used. Proceedings that do not conform to the sample proceeding format will not be considered.

All proceedings will be reviewed and scored through a double-blind peer-review process. Based on the evaluation results, proceedings will be accepted as oral or poster presentations (except optional poster notification). Information regarding acceptance status will be communicated to the authors.

All accepted proceedings will be published in the conference abstract e-book. However, for a proceeding to be included in the publication process, at least one author must complete conference registration by April 21, 2026.

Full-text papers must be uploaded to the conference website by September 1, 2026, at the latest.

Those who want to publish their study as articles in the Current Healthcare Management need to prepare their articles in an 8–18 page range and upload them to the system at https://dergipark.org.tr/en/pub/chm.

All submissions will be published based on the results of a double-blind review process.

Abstract texts must be submitted in English.

Presentations must be prepared in English. Participants may deliver oral presentations in English.

Although a participant may be listed as an author on more than one paper, each participant may deliver a maximum of two oral presentations.
